Facing rising COVID-19 cases, Tour Scholar swiftly prioritized employee well-being. We embraced remote work for distant colleagues while ensuring maximum in-office safety, demonstrating adaptability and commitment to our workforce.
Despite the hit on our finances, Tour Scholar has cut no corners in ensuring that no employee loses their job and at the same time ensuring no cut in salaries to almost 90% of the employees.
Tour Scholar continue to deliver uninterrupted services and continually enhance life impacting values to our customers this very moment.
For the safety of all our travellers and staff alike, we have instituted new Pre-Screening COVID-19 Health and Safety Protocols for all of our tours that go beyond just wearing a mask.
All travelers choosing to travel with Tour Scholar are required to complete a short Pre-Screening COVID-19 Questionnaire before joining the tour as part of our Good to Go process, to check their ability to do so. This survey includes series of questions that will help to ensure you and your fellow travelers are healthy prior to travelling with us and completing it is a mandatory requirement.
Finally, as of October 1, 2021, all tours departing on or after this date will require our passengers to adhere to our Travel-Ready Policy. This requires either full COVID-19 vaccination with the final dose given at least 14 days prior to the start of the tour or the receipt of a negative PCR test within 96 hours prior to the start of your first Tour Scholar welcome meeting.
